Stopmotion - Get All New Hollywood Films Review

Stopmotion follows a young stop-motion animator as he copes with the death of his famously cynical mother and dutifully tries to continue his career but is then drawn into another disturbing project that begins to emerge alive to him in — perhaps literally. Aisling Franciosi plays an animator, Ella, whose grief, defiance and determination to make a name for herself are all twisted in dark ways, which take place on screen through the animations she created as director and co-writer Robert Morgan, The Cat With Hands, Tomorrow I Will Be Dirty and other awesome shorts. The stop-motion animator, known for his films, makes his debut with Stopmotion, and has used his work in the field to give the film a particularly tactile, story-driven feel a balance of depth with the bloody horror.
